WHO WE ARE

We are a group of young and driven Malaysians that is determined to make Malaysia a better and safer place for everyone. We come from both West and East Malaysia and hope to use our unique perspectives to restore public confidence in Malaysia's potential for good governance and a strong economy, where all can thrive.

MISSION STATEMENT

The three words in our name form the three pillars of advocacy for our party. First: Demokratik. We are strong believers of democracy and seek to honour the power of the People by building up every person who calls Malaysia home. We will strive to uphold their rights, regardless of gender, age, race, religion and sexuality.

We aim to empower individuals by giving them the power to contribute to Malaysia at all levels of our democracy. We will strive to safeguard the sanctity of the democratic vote by ensuring that the government is rightfully voted in. Alongside this, the youth are the future changemakers in the decades to come and we will fight for the voice of the youth and empower them to take part in our political landscape.

The word Rakyat means that we will fight for the welfare of the people. To advocate for the upholding of the Malaysia Agreement 1963, to close income gaps, to ensure gender equality, stable jobs and income, sustainable development and preserving of the environment, quality healthcare and education, efficient government services, among many others - we will do everything in our power to put the people first, to serve the community regardless of the degree of need.

The final word, Malaysia, illustrates our aim to build Malaysia not just internally, but to increase its competitiveness on the world stage, while also building our defence and security strategy against foreign threats. We will strive to do this by revitalising the Malaysian economy with sustainable development in mind and by spearheading change in our national security strategies. All of this will allow Malaysia and its residents to thrive to unprecedented levels.
